WHAT WE OFFER

BESPOKE DESIGN

We will work with you from start to finish, to create a completely bespoke design to suit your needs. Whether you are looking for a lodge, glamping pod, office or garden room, all of our buildings are fully finished inside and out before they leave our workshop.

INTERIOR

We use MRL boards run in our workshop to create a low maintenance hard wearing finish to all interior walls and ceilings, coated in any colour of your choice.

KITCHEN

Make the most of a spacious area with plenty of worktop space, storage and a breakfast bar. Our fully integrated kitchens are designed with an oven, hob, fridge and sink as standard.

SHOWER ROOM

Wet wall shower cubicle and power shower, luxury non-slip flooring, full size vanity units with toilet and basin plus a heated towel rail.

INSULATION

We integrate the highest level of insulation into each of our buildings before being covered with a highly reflective foil vapour control layer, used to enhance the thermal performance.

EXTERIOR FINISH

All of our buildings are finished with the highest quality locally produced timber (larch or cedar) supplied from a small local sawmill. 

If you are looking for an alternative outer finish, we are always happy to discuss different material options. 

BUILD QUALITY & 3D VISUALS

All Spey Leisure Buildings are built to the minimum standard of BS3632. Our build technique is the same as timber framed houses and will keep your warm all year round.

We are able to provide you with bespoke 3D visuals for a first hand view of what your completed space will look like prior to work commencing

DELIVERY SERVICE

We offer delivery anywhere in the UK. All of our buildings are designed with lifting points for easy movability.
